{"notice":null,"active":[{"bargaining_id":"6","title":"BARGAINING UPDATE: January 20, 2026","body":"Bargaining between ATU1587 and Metrolinx is ongoing. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nWe will resume face-to-face talks shortly following a break for the holidays.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nSince our last bargaining sessions Metrolinx has made significant improvements to the compensation of non-bargaining employees; we were not made aware of these changes in advance and are currently re-evaluating our proposals in light of these changes.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nPlease continue to check the <b>BARGAINING 2025<\/b> section of our website <b>ATU1587.ca<\/b> as it posts the most current information available about bargaining and potential strike action.
